All preparation work, including nail punching, removal of staples and securing down of any loose boards. Sanding of floors. Finished with a choice of three coats of Loba or Bona lacquer or  two coats of Osmo oil. Available in matt, satin or gloss finishes.

Acrylic Gap Filling

A flexible acrylic sealant will be used to fill the gaps between pine floorboards

Pine Slither Gap Filling

We can fill the vast majority of gaps with reclaimed pine slivers ranging in various sizes. All other cracks or small holes are filled with resin filler to create a clean and smooth finish to your pine floor.

Stair Sanding

We charge per step for stair sanding, which includes one step and one riser,

Carpet Removal

We charge £30 per room for carpet removal and disposal. This includes underlay and carpet gripper.
